To anyone about to try and paint their truck, wait till summer if you in the Midwest (it's already too late lol), do not tilt a power sander, practice on junk yard panels, wait a day between paint and clear so you don't have bubbles, and clean the paint gun immediately. Then clean it 3 more times. And clean it again.

This comment is about your first remarks about wanting to lose some weight. As a man if you eat more of a Keto or Adkins , or even "the BACON DIET " , you will lose weight. The problem is there is too much soy and added sugar and fatty acids in frozen and other commercial processed food. If you eat that Hungry Man dinner or most other frozen food down at the Walmart or Publix, Aldi has a lot of organic stuff, you might try shopping there. Soy acts like estrogen, great for us older women, but in some males lowers testosterone. I enjoy your Truck videos, I currently don't have a truck right now, because someone T-boned me in mine and didn't have insurance and Florida has it's no fault crap insurance. And my lawyer sucked, but that is another story. LoL
