Eventhough this video doesnt show it, basically the entire ride shut of at the top and people were stuck at the top for about 14 minutes. No body was harmed fortunately.

For those who don't know: these rides have a sensor for detecting high winds, and will stop when the wind is too hard. I guess what happened is that it got stuck because of the wind. Not an accident but a safety feature being executed for the safety of the riders
