This is how cops should be. On top of that, Shaq is an amazing guy with a heart that matches his size.

Bet the old "Get off my lawn" person is really pissed now.
  • Office White, thank you for remembering what it was like to be a kid again. Just the fact you showed these kids respect and jumped in their shoes is incredible. What you (and your department) and Shaq did for these kids changed their lives! A little respect goes a long long way!!

I really love that Shaq told them that this was a one-off and that they should normally never take money from strangers. That shows what kind of a man he is.

Ok, no fair, I cried the whole time watching this. These kids will never forget this day! That's a game-changer for some of them. Much respect to the officer and Shaq!

This is exactly what our youth needs. Thank you Officers and Shaq for impacting these children's lives in such a positive way. God Bless You.
  • This is all kids need growing up. Someone with a great message and some guidance
  • This is amazing. I had some tears. I'm just passionate about kids and love when people help guide them in a positive direction. When I graduate I plan on being a youth service center coordinator. I love all the kids!

  • Imagine if that were Kanye he would've taken the ball and slam dunk on the little kids
  • @minapalencia
This is great. The 2 people who disliked it must be the ones who reported the kids. LOL
  • @ColdPillowz
Lol "Steph Curry!" - Shaq is still the funniest.

If police actually connected with communities like this especially disadvantaged communities, I don't think we would be saying as many problems in regards to law enforcement in this country.

A fabulous gesture. I do hope the kids take his advice to heart.
