If Rain isn’t in Faze it will never actually be Faze again it’s as simple as that…
  • @H-321
If there’s no Rain, Teeqo, Cizz or Blaze then that time of Faze is truly dead
  • @fallenstatus
So to sum it all up: Kicked kitty for working from Finland and not being close boys with everyone, Teeqo for wanting his fair share in faze stock, rain for issues with mgmt, blaze for working on his own brand instead of faze brand candy. Got it.
  • You all forgot what FaZe is or was. Faze was the people, no Teeqo, no Blaze, no Rain. That is not faze. What is Optic without Hecx?
  • @DakotaTooNinja
As a now adult, I can't trust this without knowing why some like teeqo and blaze were removed. Ik Rain stepped away. If you cant say why these two aren't involved, then you cant be trusted. We arent kids anymore. You can't just expect people to believe youre in the right when those two legitimately dont know what they did wrong. Teeqo was fully correct to be upset and as an owner it WAS your responsibility to take action and it WAS your responsibility to take care of those below you that were putting in the hard work next to you. lost all respect for faze.

I’m in agreement with getting rid of all the people you guys didn’t recruit yourselves…but kicking people like Kitty and the other OG’s who have been around since the illcams days, is a massive L. Even if they’re not popping off nowadays, they’ve been around for so long that it just feels wrong to lump them with in with all the others like they’re in any way comparable to those leaches.

I’m turning 26 in a couple months, fuckkk does time fly by so fast. I loved watching all the FaZe guys back then, they made so many people build their little clans with small YouTube channels with the main goal of getting into FaZe or other teams like OpTic, SoaR, Synergy, Obey. Cool times without the pressure of adulthood.

Bro did NOT make the Faze logo. Since the logo was made, Faze has refused to acknowledge the actual creator

This doesn't reveal any "truths" at all. I'm even more confused now than I was. In essence, you're just saying, "Trust me, bro. I got this." You're talking about building you're brand... How are you supposed to build a more comfortable house with less bricks to work with? How can you build anything when you remove over half the roster, especially in an unprofessional way like Banks' post on X? "That's it. That's the roster. Everyone else is out." How do you not find that disrespectful? How can you vouch for him? You kept talking about how no one else really brought anything to the table; they didn't help build the brand... No disrespect, but how has Jev built the brand? He said in his video that he just sits back and lets you all do your own thing. He doesn't get involved. Don't get me wrong, I love Jev. Jev is not only my favorite FaZe member, but my favorite YouTuber in general. I'm just trying to find a valid reason as to why these certain people were cut, and why these certain people were not. I was hoping this video would clear that up. It did not. It opened up with some history, how thankful you are. Past that, that's all this video really was. You talk about how things need to change in order for them to get better. How about no? News flash, the reason why people love Jev, and how he's more of a successful YouTuber than anyone else, is because he HAS NOT changed. I'm not sure what this obsession is with "change." Sure, I'm open to the idea that getting rid of the corporate side of things and letting you all take back control was a good thing. I can stand behind that. I remember reading the news article of Gamesquare acquiring FaZe, and how the OGs had their own roles/positions to give you all control and I thought, "Good, maybe something good will come from this." Fast forward to now, and you kick people like Kitty, who did NOTHING wrong. How am I just supposed to trust the answer of "Oh, don't worry about it, bro. We're just changing, and don't see these people as part of our vision?" What is the vision? You haven't made anything clear at all, other than to "expand" and "change." Not all change is good change. You kept putting the blame on the corporate side of things, like "Oh, they were paying themselves all this crazy amount of money," and "Oh, they would always reject all of our ideas at the meetings," but you admitted to letting these people in, or at least, you let one snake in that got comfortable and decided to invite his whole family. You can't let snakes and thieves in your house then complain about having snakes and thieves in your house. It was someone's idea to go corporate. Everyone agreed save one. The dissenting opinion was Rain, and he was right all along. Just like Jev said, he doesn't want it to ever feel like a job, and Rain echoed that sentiment to you all, and you all went ahead, went public, went corporate, and it all came crashing back down onto you, and for some reason, you feel the need to point the finger at them when you all were the ones to let them in. It's people like Jev and Rain that make content feel genuine. It's a connection I'm looking for as a viewer. I felt it briefly at the New York house. I feel like you all lost that magic when you moved to California. It didn't feel genuine anymore. It felt fake, forced. Rain wanted to preserve that magic; you all wanted to expand at the cost of it. Now, it's gone, and it might never return.
  • @Ijumpped
Rain, teqo, & blaze need to be in. Y’all talk about og days all the time and say you miss it but you can’t have that without the og’s. They all helped build the brand.

  • @trimin1565
After watching everyone’s response videos, y’all went about this the worst and most disrespectful way possible. Most of them didn’t find out they were out until the DAY before? And most of them were your “friends?” That’s not friend behavior brother, regardless if you’re running a company or not. I grew up with faze, the trickshotting videos, recruitment reactions, the NY house, the move to LA when most of yall went Hollywood and started being fake, and now here. A decade later and you and banks absolutely wiped the slate clean of friends without even reaching out to them at least a damn week before. You DON’T care about them, or else you would have let them all know and used your big boy words to communicate. It’s sad, but goes to show who the real ones are of the OGs. And props to yall keeping Jev, you know he’s the only real member now and yall need him more than he needs you.
  • @adore4026
Damn I don’t think this way the way. Rain, Teeqo, and Blaziken out like that.
