To my lovely wife of 45 years who passed away just before Christmas 2018. She was an angel never to be forgotten. We vowed to join again in Heaven.

The wistful tone, staring out across the water, but really across time, across the regrets of a lifetime, of opportunities missed. Even in the twilight of life, when the burden of so many memories weighs heavily, there is still time, there is still hope.
  • Sissel does more to lower my blood pressure than any MD. God bless her.

Hi Sissel I am a 73 year old man in the South of South Africa. I have listened to this song so many times. It really touches my deepest being. Whenever I watch this video I so wish someone that really loves you is there to hold you and assure you that all wiil be alright, all wiil be fine. You do this song great justice. And I love your mature voice so much. "Reflections" is a perfect gem. I wish you all of the best for 2022.
  • I nave never heard Sissle singing so low on the scale before. It changes her voice completely. I am used to her crystal clear soprano, which is second to none. But this is new to me. She is singing with such warmth! this is the best version of this song I have ever heard. This was so down to earth, yet utterly heart warming, It nearly brought me to tears.

She nailed it, Her voice is still a glimmer of light in the dark times we live in. Such a sweet voice.
  • To my beloved husband, John who passed away in December. You are always on my mind and in my heart.

I knew her in her 19th year. 60 years later I had to lay her to her rest deep in the Smokys; she was wonderful always. I want to see her again when I go. What a marriage! What a girl! How incredible was she. Wait for me to join you, please.

So few singers can sing with such quality at the bottom of their vocal range. Amazing
  • Sissel has been glorious at every stage of her life, or her singing career. She was a radiant young woman, a peerless diva, and she remains a warm and generous woman of deep grace and beautiful voice. Thank you, dear Sissel! Joy, peace, safety and all good to you and everyone in your heart-circle.
