So basically, the judges made an error in scoring but the mistake sits because the actual winner took 4 seconds too long to point out the mistake. That is just gross.

Remember, the Romanians also files an appeal when one of their gymnast was penalized for stepping out when she didn’t. That appeal was denied because they files out of the one minute window. I think that’s their legitimate complaint
