Trailer Park EVICTING GRANDMA for OVERGROWN YARD? Wait until you hear this!

I received a message from an Elderly Grandma in tears as she received a Eviction Warning notice due to Overgrown Grass, Weeds, Dirty trailer just to name a few. I stopped over to her trailer and the grass wasn’t even that long and several other trailers in the park were worse! Let me know if you think this is fair.

As others have said, the park wants her out so they can raise the rent, especially if she's grandfathered in from rent increases.

This Trailer Park should be identified and called out by the town's residents! This is shameful. Life is difficult on the aged population where she is... they need to be identified and their practices investigated...

It not only takes a village to raise a child but it also takes a village to care for the elderly. To put an eviction notice on an elderly person's door is shameful and should be addressed by herself or her caregivers. If she has no one the a town or city official or maybe a church organization might be able to help her out. The work you do Erick and Landon is truly a blessing and i am greatful for your videos. Landon did awesome!! They are absolutely taking advantage of her. She is scared she will be evicted so they thrive on scare tactics to get what they want. It's pure shame that she has to go through this. Thank you and Landon for helping her.

Fantastic work, Landon! 🌺 The woman's status as a parent is unimportant to me, but I do believe we ought to care for the elderly. They built community while young and active. At some point, we pull together and care for their needs in return, even if as a business. I feel like there is more to this foolish notice than concern over property or they would simply work with her.

That is just harassment. Look at those trailers next to hers, they are terrible. Landon did an awesome job. He deserves a big $$.

I think its unfair comments on the notice, they probably have someone else to move in who will pay higher rent. Its great what you have both done to help, well done.
