Look out, indeed! With Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone back on track - literally and figuratively speaking - her competitors are understandably on edge. After all, they are up against the current 400-meter hurdles world record holder. From here, meaning at the top spot in the event, Sydney aims to keep going forward.

With the Paris #olympics fast approaching, she is more determined than ever to maintain her top spot. After an injury sidelined her for much of the 2023 season, including the #trackandfield World Athletics Championships in Budapest, fans had been eagerly awaiting Sydney’s return to form.

On that note, fans were delighted when she made her long-awaited return to the track in April as a member of a women’s 4x100-meter quartet at the Mt. SAC Relays in California, where she, along with her team, finished second place. Competing at the Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, California, United States, #sydneymclaughlin , along with Keni Harrison, Jenna Prandini, and Morolake Akinosun ran for the Formula Kersee, securing second place behind Team International. The winning team was composed of Dina Asher-Smith, Rhasidat Adeleke, Lanae Tava-Thomas, and Julien Alfred. While Team International clocked 42.03 seconds, Formula Kersee followed, recording 42.93 seconds.

  • She had an excellent pre-Olympics run. Job well done!! I definitely will be praying for your continued success.
  • No mention of the WR time she just ran in the US Olympic trials...😂
  • @beiyaoc3568
Sydney is superhuman. Actually not even human🤩
  • @RussCR5187
How exactly does it change everything? She owns the world record and hasn't lost it.
  • Has to be cool that Ed Moses, the best men’s Hurdler ever was there to greet her at end of the race. GO GET EM IN PARIS GIRL. YOU ROCK.
  • @acrocha1222
She hasn’t just been doing nothing, no break, seen lots of her in non-hurdles races, 100 & 200m dash. Working on speed.
  • @TheSTGChannel
Wow congratulations on the way her hard work and it’s definitely paying off.
  • @beeharbour
I'm left wondering what race I was watching. She had about 4 different track suits on so obviously it was a mash up of different races. I also don't know from this what the race in question has to do with the upcoming Olympics. It was 11 minutes of saying very little. She's great and she has a great work ethic is pretty much all I learned and that could be said in 20 seconds.
  • @renewd
Bol is not a serious contender for the gold in Paris if Sydney runs her race.
  • @thirtyeyes
What’s the purpose of posting this video now? Is this a repeat? Re-edit with what just happened.
  • Hello Israilites, why'd you All haven't been mentioned, bol filling in mixed relay fulling down.
  • She's still using a right lead leg. If you use left on the corners you can literally slide inside it and save even more time. Crazy to think what could happen the next 5 years odd.
  • @sydboski
Femke is not Sydney's rival. In order to be a rival you have to be in the same league. Femke has not come close to beating Syd. Stop that rival stuff. Delilah was a rival until Syd moved to a new stratosphere.
  • I dont get it. No one except Sydnry has broken the 50s mark. And she just broke her own world record. And expect to break it again at the Olympics. When others like Femke are still trying to break to 50s. And Sydneybis already thinking to break the 49s in one of her interviews. She is sure gold as long as she keeps healthy and focus. In all the athletes right now she is the sure win for women and Ryan Crouser with Duplantis who are also multiple World Record Holders are sure wins.
  • I'm thinking she can run about 50.2 which is ridiculous. It makes near all 400m flat finals in the Olympics and probably beats some. Freak of nature.
