I go to the local Family Dollar which is owned by Dollar Tree and you can get those bags of fruits for $1 each. I use two those bags per day and I have been able to reduce the amount of calories from my everyday intake. You are an inspiration for that so thank you. You can also add vanilla yogurt to your a little extra flavor
