Sorry about the somewhat shaky camera on this video, and for the screaming drunk girls (can't seem to avoid them). If anyone else has video footage of this song, I would be glad to edit multiple camera angles together and re-upload this clip, just let me know! Or if someone has better quality audio, I can synch it up with my video. In the meantime, hope you enjoy this!

I'm a 76 year old white guy who's loved the blues for a long time. This group gave me the chills; what fantastic talent!

I am a 70 YO Caucasian man and I have seen some of the great Blues guitarists in my life...including Johnny Winter, Alvin Lee, B.B., Albert, and Freddy KIng, Clapton, Joe Bonamassa, etc. To this day...the "Blues" is deeply embedded in my blood and in the marrow of every bone in my body. I will be seeing Buddy Guy with Ally Venable on the same bill in August. I haven't seen either one but, I know it's going to be great! The "Blues" will never die.
  • This is why the blues is gonna be around when everything else has moves on. ❀

This is reminiscent of Steven Ray. Loved that guy. Love you guys . Blues at it's finest

Never seen Ally live, but have seen Samantha, these girls can play!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  • Ally and Sam knew who they were up there with and they were putting every bit of their hearts into it.

I never heard Ally till tonight doing the duet with Buddy Guy, then this showed up on the sidebar. I had the Blessing of seeing at one show : BB King/The Neville Brothers/John Mayall's Bluesbreakers/Kenny Wayne Shepherd touring Ledbetter Heights/and 'Kid' Jonny Lang who I think was 15. KWS sat in with BB, jamming for at least half an hour and then he just sat cross-legged on the stage for the rest of the show digging BB in Awe. KWS has picked up the torch from SRV and plays with that incredible fire and strength. The ladies are getting there too, and Noah and the incomparable Shemekiah and whole band just fabulous. Thanks so much for posting. It brings hope to the world that is much needed to see great music is still here...
  • Seeing Chris Layton on the drums reminded me that all of these guitar players got the spark to play the blues from Stevie Ray Vaughan the greatest of all time.

This could be an hour long, and I'd be hanging on to every note! One incredible riff after another. KWS slays like none other. Shemekia belts with the best!

  • Ally and Sam and Shemekia should tour together as the Blues Babes. Soooo good. Kenny Wayne had to rise to the occasion and he sure did.
  • I’m surprised Kenny Wayne Shepherd didn’t bust the strings on his guitar, he was so Into the music. Then there was Samantha Fish, Ally Venable, and Shemekia Copeland. They and the rest of the band did justice to β€œYou Done Lost Your Good Thing”, and B.B. King was smiling down from heaven.
  • Love how Kenny took his time the ladies were great too but kws took it to another level IMHO.
