after fiddling with my hotend ( changed to a bi metall Heatbrake, copper block and copper nozzle ) i tuned the fast pla profile a bit.
now printing at:
0.2mm layer height
0.42mm line width
210°C hotend
50°C bed
230mm/sec Infill
200mm/sec Inner wall
150mm/sec Outer wall
200mm/sec top/bottom
6000mm²/s acceleration

still getting good quality :)

PS:
printing a Drill Bit holder/displaystand ( still a ~21:30h print -_- )
