  • ah yes, the best subclass: literally just using the Air Strike lmao
  • @notimportant493
Most of these are "I'm not going to use X" then actual sub classes.
  • @ccarmilluwallpa
Technically, "Battle Sniper" is more well known as just the HUNSTSMAN.
  • I think Caber Man deserves more credit solely due to the fact if you use a SHIELD with the caber and hit the ground at the end of your charge, you turn Demo into a group clearing nuke.

bonk shouldn't even be a subclass, as that's how most people use the bonk anyway lol

Byebyro - a rare Pyro subclass that only works on 10x, where you use your airblast to make the enemy team achieve interstellar travel.
  • I don’t play competitive but I have heard that the observer spy isn’t very uncommon there and can be useful, scoping out the enemy team and providing information to your team, although they might not stay an observer for the whole match
  • " Making you more of a hinderance than an actively functioning team member " that's spy, his job to be a liability to a team. Just not your technical team.

You could also substitute Crit Sniper's Jarate out for the Cleaner's Carbine, becoming the equally useless Crit Sniper 2.0
  • @Pudding404
Gunspy considered a subclass. I know people joke about people forget spy has a gun, but this is kinda. . .
  • @minerscool42
Met a guy called Captain Fistfight and he would only play melee heavy but with his fists
  • @SmellardMcHam
I can't believe you forgot the best subclass, brave spy. Where you just run directly at the enemy with the prinny machete
  • The Battle Sniper's actual name is called the Huntsman. I just like to point that out. Also most huntsmans don't necessarily have a plan when it comes to going into combat, they mainly just rely on the janky arrow physics to get kills. Which is why some people call it the lucksman. Also side note: I'm not saying that playing as a Huntsman doesn't take skill.

As someone who is pretty much maining Pybro, being a pybro means you're mostly sitting in back lines. That doesn't mean babysitting engies, but spychecking everyone around your medics and snipers, shutting down flanking scouts, flanking yourself to get rid of sneakily spamming demos, and looking out for trolldiers. It's not that much different from regular pyro, but instead of pushing you're making sure there are no leaks prone to pushes

Here's another one: Samurai Soldier. Rocket Jumper, any banner, and the Half-Zatoichi. Basically Demoknight but with a lower base speed and rocket jumping instead of charge.
