The Oldest and Biggest Spanish Colonial Church in Nueva Ecija, Philippines

The construction of this antique church was completed in 1872. The architectural style of this old church is distinctly Byzantine and is built from blocks of limestone and bricks.
The Three Kings Parish Church was declared as the national shrine of La Virgen Divina Pastora (Divine Sheperdess) on April 26, 1986. On January 22, 2024, Pope Francis declared this antique roman catholic church a minor basilica, the first of its kind in the province of Nueva Ecija and the 22nd minor basilica in the Philippines.
This old Roman Catholic church in Gapan City, Nueva Ecija is regarded as one of the cultural treasures of the Philippines.
