Why Saitama VS Perfect Cell Is NOT Close! Could Saitama Defeat Perfect Cell? When it comes to impressive and cunning villains, few come as far as Cell, Dr. Gero's ultimate creation which was meant to absorb the androids and curbstomp the Z-fighters. Although the spotted biomechanical menace proved to be too much for Goku, Vegeta, Trunks, Piccolo, and the others, his threat was finally stopped by Son Gohan's sparking new transformation. But what if in this universe, One Punch Man characters coexisted in the world of Dragon Ball, and as a result, the caped baldy, Saitama, found himself entering the tournament. Would he be able to come out on top, or will Cell's goal for universal destruction be achieved?     I remember back when Cell vs Saitama first became a debate. From what I remember, it was mostly agreed that Cell was still stronger than Saitama due to statements and feats. But now, with Saitama’s new feats in the manga, it looks like he’s getting up there in confirmed power.

    Even if we don't take Cell's claim of being Universal seriously, he should still be multi-galactic, as Cell is much, much stronger than Frieza, whose power level was 120 million, and one only needs a power level of 10k to destroy a planet, so even with a lowball estimate, that should put Frieza at least at Multi-Solar System level.

    Basically everyone in One Punch Man is weak except for the main character because he's the main character but everyone in Dragon Ball is super strong.

    people seem to forget saitama has never actually took damage aside from the gag with the cat. and it seems he grows in power much faster than zenkai boosts

    Saitama's growth in IO, was literally like him getting thousands of Zenkai boosts. I think most people underestimate just how much both he and Garou were growing in that fight

    DB verse rules are, if your opponent can control time, space, mind control or any other hax ability, it doesn't matter, if you're stronger, you can break through it.

    I find it sad Cell never made it past Solar System Level, considering he's the best main villain they ever had.
