    Can we clarify on the answer to the question about conditions being void as a matter of public policy? I'm pretty sure the rule is that beneficiaries still take under the trust just without the void condition. For example, "In trust to T to pay income to B for life as long as she doesn't marry", the benefeciary would still take under this trust and the condition will fail. Is this correct?
