For those who donโt get why February 29th is sometimes considered rare is because you canโt celebrate your birthday every year you have to wait 4 years to celebrate this is why itโs unlucky and rare for some people to be born on 29 February

I was born Christmas day (dec.25) its not as fun as you would think you basically miss out on your birthday and only get Christmas gifts not birthday gifts and everything is closed on Christmas so you cant go anywhere on my birthday.
