Apply raw milk on the face. Then wash. Potato juice +4 tsp raw milk+ 10 drops lemon essential oil+ 2 pinch liquorice powder mix it. Then put in the ice cube. Apply the ice cube on the face. Keep for 5 mins. Then wash.

Hello , i am following your channel from few years n its been so informative. I took up this challenge n it worked wonders on my skin. I had tried fermented rice water on skin but it made my skin so dark n i was worried.. But now i am happy how these ice cubes helped me. Thanks for sharing and awaiting for more vedios.😊

Very simple juz use rose water and nutmeg powder mix well apply on face after ten mins wash ur face cont tis dark spots melasma all disappear ..add beet root powder for more effective.
