Just your toilet valve shut off was worth hitting the like button

Good video. I'm wanting to drive a shallow well out back to water the grass on my runway and considering a similar style pump to run the sprinklers.
-
Interesting setup. I replaced the same pump with the same pump lol. Also noticed the small differences.

Thak you for the information

This is great. Thanks.

I use that Harbor Freight water pump in a reverse osmosis system setup to deliver the water to the endpoint hydrant to be used to wash cars.
-
You have a similar set up as my parents..
-
We use a 2 stroke water pump at camp because off grid.

That switch on the pump is probably not heavy enough for the current that motor draws and will likely cause you trouble at some point down the road. I used to think those were a good idea on my pool filter motors, but they burn out after about a year or so. I decided I was better off eliminating the switch and just plugging the cord in to turn it on.

I just purchased one and it does not have an on off switch?

Howdy sir. DEF appreciate the vid ! What size is the Suction Rated Hose, 1", or 3/4" , that goes from the Ball valve of the tank to the Foot Valve of the Pump Inlet ? Ty kindly, David

Where did you get your float valve? I have used toilet float valves and I have had a lot of troubles with them
-
Does water go down into the green tank on the pump?
-
Great video ... i just purchase the same pump but it's not automatically shutdown and the pump keeps running.... why?
-
What kind of valve? Foot pressure valve?
-
So any updates on the new pump? Is it still alive? Hownlong did the last pump last? I dont know sh@t about sh@t with pumps, but looking uo this model i get kixed reviews. "They'll last forever, or they only last a year." Im needing a basic I pump to water my yard for the summer from my 20 ft well.

Hahahahaha, always keep a bleach bottle full of water handy.

Isn’t that a check valve and not a foot valve, I believe it’s serving the same purpose as a foot valve except for the fact that the FV has a screen on it. I’m not for sure just asking.
-
Why did you put the foot valve on the pump?? it is 100% worthless up there.. It goes on the bottom of a feed line,, that is why it's called a FOOT valve.. Perhaps you should know a little about what you are doing before giving instructions to other people.. .. AND the directions say never reduce the pipe size...

Will this pump be on an auto on and off based on when water starts flowing or is it always on building pressure ?
