I have a very simple philosophy: if you don't have a target, you can't possibly miss

Yesssss, I am going to watch a lot of bradandkyle because they closed everything I love. They closed down food, fun and bowling.

Awesome video guys. I've found what works best for me is to take my eyes from the end of the lane towards the dots as I approach and draw the line sort of "backwards" in my mind and my eyes are at the dots when I release my ball. When I got that consistent form of targeting and visualization down, my scores started going up.

Key word in the process is “Visualization”, alignment, focus and balance... Great tip and vlog... miss seeing you guys out on the road grinding it out on tour...

Coming back to bowling after 18 months. The last month before lockdown, I was averaging about 220. I didn't pick up a ball until three weeks ago. Now, I'm working to get back to a 180 average. All of the little tweaks and adjustments which became second nature to execute, I'm now having to relearn from almost scratch. Balance is the big one. Thank God I can go back and watch all your videos again! Keep up the great work and hit that 100K soon...
  • This just might help me for my upcoming season! Good luck and stay healthy!!! Looking forward to once the pba restarts!😭😭

This is one thing I have been having the most difficulty with. I know what my target is (I look at the arrows, usually the second arrow from the right), and every time I get to the foul line, I hope that my ball will go over what I'm looking at every time, but unfortunately that doesn't always happen. I bowled on Sunday night and I was constantly missing left (however I did have some shots go over my target, even though more of my strikes were brooklyn strikes, lol). Thank you Brad and Kyle for posting these videos. They have been really helpful and I am getting a little better each week because of your advice. Would love to get the opportunity to bowl with you guys.

I hope I remember these tips in August when everything opens up again and I can bowl.

The shot is super weird. The background literally looks like a green screen overlay. But they Brad bowled on it, and I freaked out

The idea of balance made me strive for it, and I have found improvement in my game: accuracy improved and scores have gone up. I always had the idea that bowling should be effortless for the most part, and finding the dynamic balance in the approach is how it happens. For me. For you? I dropped a coach recently because he could not deliver on this simple concept, so thanks Brad and Kyle.

  • Great tips here. Longtime down and in player, losing ball speed, got to learn how to play inside of third arrow. I feel that the suggestions offered here are going to help me a lot.
