Hearing the cop saying: "He was a bad guy. But the older I get... I see it, from a Libertarian perspective." Absolutely sent me.

Next video: I destroyed a town with a bulldozer then surprised the people with a new one

nothing is scarier than a man with nothing left to lose

I am from Granby, CO and was just a few blocks away at daycare when this happened.I don't remember any of it because I was 2, but I spent the next 17 years living and going to school in this town, growing up in the aftermath that was the killdozer. One of my moms best friends dated Marv for years, and before he went on his rampage he paid for her to go back to her home country to see her family. Patrick Brower who wrote the book on the killdozer was the publisher at ski-hi news at the time and Marv specifically went after the newspapers building because of how everything leading up to the rampage was covered. I grew up with Browers son, his wife was one of my french teachers at one point, there were so many others I grew up with or knew who were involved. Everyone in the town has some sort of connection to this day. I don't condone the actions of Marv, but I also understand why he did what he did and know he was at his limit. The town really screwed him over time and time again, I am just glad there were no casualties apart from Marv. Its really interesting to see an outsiders perspective.

Those who didn’t come from Tik tok, are allowed to like this comment..

The fact that the town officials knew what buildings he would target, tells me that they knew exactly who did him wrong
-
R.I.P. Marvin ,they call it killdozer yet it killed no one! This guy was wronged!

"Sometimes Reasonable People Does Unreasonable Things " Spot on 👌🏽

Marvin was a good guy. He is an example of an honest, hard-working American that got bullied by selfish people.
-
Once I was young I was told it was some crazy guy that destroyed our town and now that I’m an adult I completely understand why he went on his rampage.

Popo medic did an extremely detailed mini documentary on this event. He moved to this town after serving in the military to start his own business and live the American dream. The plot he acquired was bid on by the concrete company, but he outbid the concrete company and acquired the land. He built his muffler shop there, but not long after, the town informed him his sewage was not linked to the town, and he would have to have it linked to the main grid or be fined by the town for every day it wasn't. He tried to comply, but he would need to dig through a portion of the concrete companies' land. The company did not let him, and so he was fined daily for not having his sewage connected. The concrete company proceeded to continue to screw him over in an attempt to get rid of him, but he persisted. Eventually, he purchased the bulldozer to build a road that gave better access to his business as well as construct a parking lot. This was also denied by the town. He was pushed to his limits and could do nothing to comply with the towns requests. He constructed the kill dozer and targeted every single business that wronged him. I recommend watching popo medic's video on it after finishing this one.

Man Cody, my old coworker Dale would’ve loved to see this video. He always talked about the Killdozer and respected the guy that did it. I even told him to build a Daledozer 😂. He died unfortunately in 2021, I still think about him all the time. He was one of the funniest guys I ever met, but his wife made him miserable. As an ode to Dale, don’t marry disrespectful, unappreciative women! Great video as always, man. Rest In Peace Dale, I love you buddy, forever.

Cody is they type of person to bring severe PTSD back to unsuspecting people. 😂

Just wanted to say thank you for doing this I've referenced his story so many times and people have no idea how badly he was treated let alone even heard of the story it's good to see 20 years later someone's bringing light to how these small town communities can be bullies of their own be curious to see what your next project will be

I am from Germany and the story of the Killdozer is one of my favourites and also pretty good known by the people here. I often wish, more people would TREAD on the opressors in the world, so Marvin was a man to look up to for me. Also this series of WD is really the first ones where i am a 100% behind. Love the provocation in this one and i am really curious too see what he does with the kommatsu. A "rebuild" of the armored one as a display and reminder, kind of a collectors edition thing, would be an awesome thing to have on his farm. But the thing i hope the most for, is that he for once doesnt just destroy it for fun. This "thing" is one of the reasons I most of the time dont really go along well with cody. But this is just my opinion, and everyone can do what he wants with their money... Just bugs me to see, how he sometimes crash brand new cars or other things, that normal working people like me can hardly afford. But thats another story. For now, its the story of the awesome KILLDOZER, so... TREAD ON THEM!

Only until you deal with corrupt politicians will you understand this man. He wasn't taking it like everyone else does.
-
I stand with marv. We've all experienced corruption and if you haven't yet you will. "Absolute power corrupts absolutely"
-
This was a masterpiece thanks for sharing this! Definitely an eye opener 👌🏽

We need more people like Marvin who just doesn't bow down to the government / local agencies. He worked his entire life for his business and it was taken away from him overnight
