This is a 1.16.4 challenge that was a custom coded mod made by Dream AND his friend Georgenotfound. Thanks to them, I was able to use their plugin to spawn water everywhere. It's basically Minecraft Underwater or Ocean Only, but instead you can see it flood. Not Minecraft but water rises every minute however, it floods from the top instantly. I really hope you guys enjoy this!
