We all remember these terms: “REVIVE ME I HAVE THE RAYGUN”, “You have more points buy the door” those were the times

I can never forget how the devs decided that Nikolai would be the catalyst for change and to save the universe from continuously fracturing. His much more stable and mature Origins self was absolutely perfect for that role. His ending managed to pull a few heartstrings and especially talking about his beloved.

I barely played zombies but the series has stolen my heart, and it got absolutely shattered seeing how everyone had to die. If there was a standalone game about the entire Aether story I would buy it without hesitation.

Is it just me or was everyone scared to play solo on kino when we were kids. (Edit, especially around midnight 😰.)

Okay, 40:02 and the whole ending of the story made me cry. Their efforts were not worthless, but in the end everything still got destroyed. This story was also confusing, yet it made sense in the end. The funny thing was that Nikolai didn’t play a huge huge role throughout the story, and at the end he played probably the biggest one. And he knew the truth about it all. 59:24 “We fought for what we wanted. We got more than we deserved. All the chapters of our lives, good and bad. Even if there was no witness, even if no one could have seen, it still happened, somewhere. We were always doomed to fail. Monty told us the truth. Our journey is the very reason this madness exists! We are the ones who fractured the universe.”

One day we’re having the time of our lives in a German Theater, the next we’re crying at the final chapters for the characters we’ve grown to love over the past 10+ years. I may not have played Zombies back in the day, but I’ve certainly known about it for a while and still feel like it was a part of my youth. It wasn’t until I was 12 when I finally learned about who Dempsey, Nikolai, Richthofen, and Takeo were, and I was obsessed with these 4 characters. Now I’m 15 and have been playing a lot of Black Ops Zombies with a long-time friend of mine and we are having a blast. It’s definitely fun to experience what it was like back in the early 2010s, and I hope that future generations could experience exactly what those before them have felt back in the prime of gaming.
