NCAT is simply one of the best! Especially their woodwind section. Have them tied with JSU’s woodwind section for my favorites over the past few seasons. Whenever we discuss SMART arrangements for an HBCU band, please keep NCAT at the top of that conversation. The very top. The epitome. Complex in the right spots, but expresses a smooth simplicity to easily recognize a song and groove with it. Simply smart!

I'm a Southern fan. But NCAT was my first HBCU band I really loved listening to. Way back when we could only listen to audio clips. Great job!!! I don't think I've heard a band be this accurate in following through with notes and transitions. Shout out to Cold Steel holding in down like drumlines do!! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

A&T arrangements have been on fire since 08. Under Thomas. But in 2017, their arrangements have gotten BETTER with Aaron Campbell!. This rehearsal was flawless!

I enjoyed this rehearsal. That is a real rehearsal. The song transitions were incredible. They sound good. I like the sound quality. Nice going drum line and baritones!❤

I’ve never really the drum sections of bands, But man that Cold Steel makes you wanna groove. It’s the creative sticking and they’re style shows that drum line really tried to mimic them. Good stuff Ncat
