  • Great vid. Not long winded and straight to the point. Please do more! Cheers 😊
  • @MisterBaker5
That'll be why the local rabbits hate the Hades. Thanks for that

Great video, would be interesting to see .177 comparison with the .22 in terms of expansion. I know accuracy is key regardless but still….

Great video bud, just subscribed as a result. That's why I use the Hades in my Walthers. Pellet on pellet at 30yds all day long.
  • Can’t argue with your results 👍 it’s nice to see a little British humour and language hopefully you’ve not offended anyone 😂😂 Thanks for the time you’ve taken to put this together and keep them coming 😊👍 Looks like a nice club to be a member or to visit Kindest regards Carl
  • Good stuff mate, very clear results. It's just a shame that my guns hate Hades, if I shoot groups with them it looks like I took a shotgun to my target.
  • That was very interesting. I've seen test done with ballistic gel blocks and really didn't see much different in channels or expansion on recovered pellets. Would have been interesting to see that JSB diablo pellet, but it sure looks like the Hades did what it is designed to and at only 12 FPE. I may have to try some clay testing on my channel because I dismissed the expansion of these pellets from the test in ballistic gel and lack of expansion. The JSB Hades from what I have seen are as accurate is the Diablo's. Some of these pellets designed for know out end up grouping poorly. PCP's aren't as pellet fussy and piston guns can be generally.
  • Like the vid mate . Good stuff . I am loving me some Zan 23 grain through my Red Wolf and 28 grain through my Epic 2. I agree with what you say about pellets too , I use 25,39’s through both guns and they are bang on accurate but only to about 120 yards , after that they seem to over spin and start to spiral, they are fantastic for hunting although they are mainly a bench rest pellet , they still work for hunting and cause massive wound channels . Anyway , good vid mate , I enjoyed that 👍👍
  • Yet again realy good video mate i will have to try the zans !!
  • Hiya bud have tried the Precision Ballistic Mako slug I remember a couple of other channels having really good accuracy with them it would be interesting to see how they fair in the clay test, either way enjoying the channel so far
  • I've been a Airarms deablo field fan all my shooting life due to them being accurate ,the gun shop said use Hades, I thought he was just trying to sell me some pellets he could not shift ,I took out my Vixen in.177 and was hitting crows with head shots and some flew off for a few yards and then dropped, so I tried the Hades and boy you could hear the difference from 56 yards away and the crows just dropped like a stone ,and the good thing is the POI was the same on both pellets so no need to re zero my Arken Zulus LRF scope ,do you think you could do the same test at some point but in .177 ? Thanks and new sub as well 😊😊
  • Good video buddy , I shoot slugs at 58 foot pound through my gun and when they hit , they hard hard and expand loads. I agree that pellets expand well in sub 12 although I have found the Hades don't expand much in .177 ,there is a definite channel but not as pronounced as the .22 .
  • @paul3775
Great video, what is the name of your club please . results on the clay is impressive.
  • Run the slugs over a chrony I'm pretty sure the 25g x 20g will be doing around 9.5ftlbs and below in a sub 12 there just to heavy
