Ancelotti, Mourinho, Guardiola, Pellegrini, Benitez. All in one person. Unbelievable.

It's an insult to Xabi Alonso to compare him to Guardiola. Xabi took a club in the relegation zone and made them undefeated for over 40 games. Guatdiola never took a club from relegation and put them on top of the league table. Respect Xabi!
  • He absolutely should stay at Leverkusen and make that club elite, just like pep has made city his own,and made it a top elite monster in Europe

I'm glad he's staying at B04 I am just obsessed with what they are doing, love watching them play and they are still going for 3 trophies and unbeaten all comps. What's he gonna do next you ask? He's going to build a dynasty at Leverkusen that's what!

He knows what its like for his players and does very good examples

im actually happy to see alonso stay for another reason, instead of going to a massive club, its much more entertaining to watch a manager transform a small club to a TOP TIER team. i want to watch alonso's bayer team in the champions league. i want to see one more successful season to prove it is not luck. i want to see a small club taking on other giants. which would be much better than something like alonso going to real mardrid and win champions league there.

This success certainly put him on top of the manager's rank. Congratulations 🎉

Great video & editing 🔥 just would like to point out on 5:40 showing the trophies alonso won. He did not win the English barclays Premier league. No hate just making you & viewers aware of this. Cheer

Billion times more impressive than what the Arsenal 2004 side have done-which was undefeated just in EPL. This Leverkusen has something special just very few teams, like Pep's Barca, Bayern 12/13 and Ajax 1995 had..

If he wins this season which looks inevitable rn and wins the UCL next season with B04 I will consider him just as good as Alex Ferguson if not better.
  • Xabi is a highly skilled and experienced player, and I believe his coaching style is similar to José Mourinho's. Guardiola, on the other hand, is known for working with top teams and players only.

It’s not rocket science to switch the dice on the board but it’s the player that he gets the best out of
