Gideon Falter, the campaigner at the centre of controversy surrounding a pro-Palestinian protest in London, says any Jewish person should be able to "go for a walk in the vicinity of marches".

He spoke to Sky's Kay Burley after footage showed a police officer preventing him from crossing a road near the march because he was "openly Jewish".

Ben Jamal, director of the Palestinian Solidarity Campaign, says Mr Falter came to the march "with an entourage and film crew" to deliberately provoke a reaction, and say that he was unsafe.

The saddest thing about Mr Falter is that he doesn’t realise how loathsome and repugnant he is.

I’ve been on some of the London marches, I am not a religious person, just wish everyone could be peaceful. I noticed quite a few Jewish people walking very peacefully with everyone else. This man (Gideon) is the kind of person, that is the reason we can never have peace.

Using the Jewish faith to justify any of this, or as a shield to shut down criticism, is the ultimate act of antisemitism.
  • @Goldfinch241
Why did they shut off Ben Jamal and allow Gideon Falter to carry on with his rubbish. He also lied with no challenge - there are lots of Jewish people on the marches.
  • @thomaslee1982
The performative and phony righteous indignation and victimhood of Falter is cringeworthy.

Gideon gaslighting and thinks the British public are 🤡
  • @asmamalik4173
Lying about the Jewish bloc not being on the march. They've been marching since this whole thing kicked off!
  • @keiranmorrisart
The thing about this odd mindset, they genuinely belive claiming offence is enough to control peoples thinking
  • @OldboyMoy
Gideon is a known provocateur who went there looking for trouble. And the police handled him well.
  • @morshansky
As a jewish religious man,in this case i completely agree with the police here..he was there just to provoke and get himself on tv...he should be ashamed of himself..he knows he is wrong..
  • @on2a
Gideon Falter exposed himself beautifully here. Talks over Ben Jamal then gets upset when he's called out for provocation THEN complains he doesn't want to talk with Ben anymore. Cry harder Gideon.

This man, when visiting settlements he actively funds, does not allow indigenous people to walk on the same streets he does.
  • @annabelgalt4616
He crossed the street twice, and would have continued crossing the road until he provoked somebody.
  • @Vinny-vk3xg
Yeah, we are all growing tired of the victimhood
  • @StuntMonkey
Falter came to agitate and instigate something. He failed. He's tried to make it into something that it isn't with his edited video. This full video shows this. Falter is no different to a hate preacher. Falter is a racist, he just gets Government backing and support from people like Braverman.

The guy had professional security with him . He was looking for a confrontation to claim being a victim.
