As a mental health provider I get so excited when you talk about prioritizing your well being! We need more of this from the folx we follow and interact with because it is huge. Focusing on my weekly plan for the moment because of a history of doing it all at once because it is fun and then being "ah now what?" You were bomb in preparing for that Apple presentation and rocked it as far as I can tell. Keep up being you!🔥

First off - I'm so happy you're ok. I was a little concerned when I didn't see YouTube content for October. I missed the October wallpapers but I'm so happy you prioritized your mental health.
