I used to be addicted to gambling, specifically blackjack. There were times when I was the only one winning at a table of 6 players with cards coming out of a shoot. I never bet more than $100 per hand and had streaks of 9-12 consecutive wins and the entire table screaming at me to elevate my bet, however I was too scared as I always viewed my chips as money. $4200 was most I ever departed with but would put it back within days. It destroyed my marriage and job during that time because the effects were definitely drug like!
