Hello Dear Friends today I’m sharing with you all Haïtian Style Cake From my Kitchen to yours . This Cake is very special For my Precious Son and I , it’s our Birthday this Month and I decided to baked him a very nice Haïtian Cake , By the way guys he is my birthday gift from God another word he was born on my birthday, I’m forever blessed with such wonderful son . All praise to God. As always I thank you guys for watching and may God bless you all from Dee’s kitchen Rendezvous with love 💕

Ingredients List:
2 1/2 cups of baking flour
1 can of Evaporated milk
1 1/3 Cup of Sugar
2 tablespoons of Haitian Rhum Barbancourt
1 tablespoon of Lime Zest
1 teaspoon of salt
1 teaspoon of Cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon of nutmeg
2 sticks of butter or 16 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of Vanilla Flavor extract
1 tablespoon of Clear Vanilla
1 teaspoon of almond extract
1 1/2 tablespoons of baking powder
4 eggs separate the eggs white from the eggs yolk
