Health is not based on what we do every once in a while. Health is based on what we do habitually...day in and day out...what our lifestyle is.

I didn't truly make the change until I changed my mind. I increased my knowledge to understand why, changed my thought process, and then I started to eat to uplift my temple and not for taste.
  • I’m 62 and vegan for 7 years now. I just started on my raw food journey year-round. Previously I would just do raw during the summer months but not during colder months (I live in the Northeast). I am doing the 80/10/10 diet of 80% raw fruits and vegetables, 10% nuts and seeds, 10% protein (beans, legumes). I was a caregiver to elderly parents and my grandmother for 17 years. I saw what the Standard American Diet did to my relatives with strokes and heart failure. None were overweight. All of them took high blood pressure medications from about age 40 for the next 40 years. Their doctors told them “hardening of the arteries” was hereditary and that they should eat a banana daily and limit salt. That is the only dietary advice that was given. They all suffered from clogged arteries (arteriosclerosis) from consuming animal products. Fat and protein from animal products build up in arteries over time. The effects are CUMULATIVE. By age 50, most people consuming animal products will need high blood pressure medication. High blood pressure can lead to kidney failure. The medication can also cause kidney failure. This is why so many dialysis clinics are popping up everywhere. It is best to completely avoid animal products. All animal flesh is harmful to veins and arteries. Even fish flesh. Dairy is less harmful to veins and arteries than animal flesh. Nevertheless all animal products are harmful in the long run. Young people need to eat not just for how they feel in the present moment but for how they want to feel as they age. Metabolism and hormones change every decade. So people cannot eat at ages 40+ the same way they did when they were 20. But that is what people do and why they experience weight gain, high blood pressure, etc. I am so glad I changed. I have perfect bloodwork and take no medications. Also, I’d like to say that taste buds regenerate every 2 weeks. So one does not have to feel that only meat flavors will ever appeal to them.

Health is Wealth.....this is what the family needs

Unity means that this good man DR Sebi was not about helping just a culture but all people. When exalted he always said, no, this is the way we are supposed to eat and that extends to all people. To create segregation or exclusion is contrary to the great man's legacy.
  • @chdelnewman4494
Dr. Sebi said its in the bible 4x, where God says the food/minerals we need to heal/have in our body He has provided for us from the earth.
  • @simplyshykeria
