We just bore witness to Penn's real-time realization that his daughter now only has two years left in high school.

I love you saying, "You're allowed to have dad emotions." My husband absolutely gets emotional about our kids growing, and I love how deeply he loves them!
-
I love hearing Kim laughter in the background, and I think the fact that their daughter is in the last two years of school just hit Penn.
-
To all the dads out there: my husband had a total emotional breakdown at eighth grade graduation because he’d been gone so much and it was “almost over.” Be there as much as you can and actually BE THERE when you’re there…prevent the ugly cry in the auditorium 😂🤣
-
The unscripted raw emotion was perfect. I’m glad y’all left it in.
-
Mad respect for raising a great family.

Nailed it! Just dropped my youngest off at college last week. Went to Target the day after and bought that donut lunchbox for myself.
-
“I’m going back to school shopping for me .” Brilliant 😂
-
Gotta admit, I was getting choked up at the end... and I don't even have kids! 😭
-
My daughter just started 11th grade today. I get just how you feel. It’s a weird mix of pride, love, sadness, and terror. If we were friends I’d grab a beer with you today.

Love how Penn's holding toddler size clothing (1:20) ...you guys are hilarious!

Ha Penn's delivery of "to-do-sie" made me crack up 😆 Then his speech about 11th grade made me tear up. It couldn't have been my own emotions about my son starting his last year of elementary this year creeping over. Because I already cried about that 2 days ago. So that couldn't have been it. ...*sigh*... The time goes so quickly. But seriously, Lola was so young when I started watching you during covid! How is she that old already!

To your sister's wedding 😂😂😂

Penn knocked this one ouf out of the park! Every time I thought he was done, he had more.

A couple of weeks ago we all went together to buy school supplies to my eldest son who’s starting elementary school next week. My son was very happy and excited and at some point, I looked at him and felt so emotional. It seems to me he was born “yesterday” and there he was with strong opinions on pencil’s cases. I looked over, at my husband and clearly he was having similar feelings. God help us when the time for the 11th grade has come. 😅 Hold on tight guys! 💗

I can't believe how long I've been watching you guys...it's been several years now. But 11th grade already?!? WOW! I feel like I do when my friends' kids grow up before our very eyes...and so unbelievably fast. Thanks for sharing those very real emotions with us, Penn. I'm over here tearing up myself...wow!

Pencil tip: Buy the Dixon Ticonderoga brand pencils (not a sponsor). I have bought these for decades and they have been consistent in quality - and the pencil leads don't break nearly as often as the no name brands. I buy the black ones so that I can tell them from the others on the store shelf (but the yellow ones are just as good). And if you get the rounded triangle shaped ones (labeled "Tri-Conderoga") they don't roll away.

That real moment dad had is touching like kids grow up sooo fast😢😢
-
Penn that was so precious and relatable. I appreciate y’all leaving the emotional realization in the video. You’re a great dad.

Last years of your daughter at home? Brace yourself. When it came to our first child leaving home for college, I was a mess the entire weekend we dropped her off. As she finishes high school, enjoy all the "last times" you'll have. They are very sweet. Let the tears roll. There is joy in the morning.
