If you don't dig the blues you got a hole in your soul. RIP, Master of the Telecaster.

I saw him in Lubbock TX in the 80's. He had an extra long amp cord, he walked out of the club and played on the sidewalk then through the crowd. No more like him.

2024 Who is still here, listening to this stuff? REAL MUSIC! Ooh, how could I forget that Albert was one of my favourite Blues players. I love that earthy energy this guy had. Underrated lead player... Ladies and Gentlemen, this is how a good guitar solo must be felt like, when you release that Mojo... ❤ Andrew - PLUTONEON
  • That's the most agressive and dirty telecaster tone I've ever heard in my life. Thanks god bless Albert Collins ❤

Nobody leaves this place without singing the blues

The sounds he gets out of the guitar are incredible . My favourite blues guitarist by far, what an artist. Great band too

That is some of the sexiest sax I've ever heard...

Absolute interstellar OUTTA this world musicianship between A C and the sax player. Wish A C was still here but so thankful that we have these takes to remember him by . . .

    that's one underrated sax solo!
  • I like when Collins sings along with his guitar playing. So talented this guy.

I would trade a thousand of today's "stars" for this man.

I got to see him play in a club in Lafayette, La in 1988. Man, what a show. He did the thing with the long guitar cable where he played a guitar solo from the stage, through the crowd, out the front door of the club. Killer guitar tone, great voice, amazing band.
  • I was working in a music store in Vegas, Vesleys; Albert came in and hung out with us for a whole afternoon. A true scholar of his discipline, as well as a humble gentleman.

This man has no parallel. He can raise your emotion and get you totally immersed! It's not just Albert Collins' vocal and guitar excelling in this track - what a fantastic band, the keyboard player, saxophonist and others, perfectly in unison!
