You cant compare california salaries to other cities almost everything is more expensive in California so the salaries are higher

Basically give up your family weekends and work nightshifts and public holidays.

Number 11: Bartending. Easily make $90k working 4-5 days a week at a good bar in a city. Go in a 4pm, get out at 2am, have your mornings and afternoons off. Listen to poor people tell you to get a real job.
