Passenger | Scare Away The Dark (Official Video)

Okay, so I was at one of the Whispers Tour shows and this song was the finale. After Mike left the stage, the audience settled down and started gathering themselves and heading out. I started singing the "oh"s at the end and I had brought some friends with me and they started singing it too. After about 30 seconds of this, the whole audience kept it going. Mike ran on stage and everybody pulled out their cell phone lights and lit up the stage (the stage lights were on but they were dim). That was the moment I started an encore and I would never forget in my entire life. It was the best concert I have ever been to and I will forever love Passenger.

The world needs more artists like Passenger.

there was this surreal moment at the auckland passenger concert i went to a week ago when after he sang this song, he left the stage and when all the lights went out and the band left everyone was still singing the "ohhh OH OH OHHHH" bit over and over again but no one was leaving. it went on for a while and i'll remember it for a long time. that's the kind of legacy every artist should dream to leave behind. :)

This song is so freaking beautiful and inspirational ! Gives me goosebumps every time I listen to it and makes me want to quit my 9-5 job and run around outside in my underwear

well we wish we were happier, thinner and fitter  we wish we weren't losers and liars and quitters  we want something more not just nasty and bitter  we want something real not just hashtags and twitter .

It's unbelievable that a well-composed song like this is so underrated, the first time I listened to this song, I immediately loved it, this is a like Liberation anthem song, telling us: "Hey don't forget that you're a human being that needs to enjoy life too, don't put yourself in your own prison (workaholic or any other addiction) you deserve to be happy and to be free like a bird. Mike Rosenberg (Passenger) is a truly music artist, thanks for creating Uplifting, Positive vibes, Great wake-up message songs like this, our world needs more thoughtful sensitive human artists like Passenger! am I the only one who saw the paper falling in the forest as the trees getting back pieces of themselves? I wish everyone in the world could hear this song and "feel what it means to sing, sing at the top of your voice. and love without fear in your heart" I love Passenger! his cover of "The Sound of Silence" is GOLD!! so powerful!! please keep spreading the love!
