Raise the temperature to 325°
remove the asparagus immediately.
Cook the fish approx. 7- 9 minutes on each side or as soon as the crust looks light golden brown.
Handle it gently when removing it from the pan.
Now place the tomatoes in the pan and move them around with a spatula for one or two minutes. Shut off the skillet and remove the tomatoes. Sprinkle them with dried oregano and drizzle them with a little olive oil.
This is a high protein low calorie meal that is heart healthy.
