Great to see you back at it! When it comes to bolts and other hardware, McMaster Carr is the website you want. They have 74 different hex-head bolts of varying diameters, materials, and styles in 7/8" length. And they ship next day.

It's just possible they leave the hose connection to the throwout bearing carrier a little loose to permit an easy swivel. Mine was the same way.

Seems to me I tried the grease gun hose solution once but it got snagged by the clutch. I bet something like a fiber reinforced fuel line or an air hose might suffice if you can find really short end fittings. Once warmed up it shouldn't need much pressure to lube it. Rock on Willy!
