  • Chelsea poorman is my older sister, thank you for bringing awareness to my sisters case. Chelsea was the strongest person I knew. No matter what happened in her life - she kept fighting the fight, literally nothing could get in the way of her achieving her goals. she was an incredibly beautiful soul. My heart aches for my sister i miss her so much, she was my best friend. Its been almost 1 year since the police came to my house to tell me they found her remains. And 2.5 years since she went missing. My life came to a complete halt, it ruined me and my family :/. SOMEBODY KNOWS SOMETHING.
  • Kendall, my friends and I have filled out the request forms many times but I wanted to try my best to get your attention on the case of Gretchen Fleming who went missing almost 4 months ago in WV. Our small town could use all the help we can get.
  • As a indigenous member of Kawacatoose First Nation. Thank you for speaking on our stolen sisters. We need more voices to hear us. Thank you 💖
  • As a substance use disorder counselor thank you for saying what you did about addiction. It’s a stigma and false narrative we deal with on a daily basis. Sorry to hear about your family members ❤
  • Chelsea was dealt a bad hand in life. From foster to a bad accident to being assaulted, battling addition to consequently being murdered. Rest well Chelsea.
  • Kendall! As an indigenous woman, THANK YOU for taking your time and doing a video on this poor girl and highlighting the MMIW crisis. Your voice, that goesout to so many people, is truly giving the voice to so many indigenous people who have suffered from this crisis. Many blessings to you!!
  • As a Canadian, I can’t believe I’ve never heard of Chelsea’s case. I hope to see the day where she gets justice ❤
  • As a Vancouver resident, thank you for covering this case and bringing attention to our MMIW. The way our police department has failed Chelsea and so many other Indigenous women is heart breaking, and they deserve so much more.
  • Not suspicious?!?! What the hell! The police basically just said whoever did this is home free! They did nothing to help this poor girl. They didn't do anything to look for her or to help her family! This girl and her family deserve so much better! All of these girls and their families do! This makes me sick and breaks my heart!
  • She was clearly murdered. I can’t imagine how frustrating this must be for the family. I live in Canada and I’ve never heard of this case. RIP Chelsea.
  • I live in New Mexico, and my best friend is indigenous from Alaska. No one looks for these women. No one. I'm shocked her body was even found. We need WAY more awareness about these women.
  • As an Indigenous woman and addict in recovery, I cannot thank you enough for this video. The way you spoke with such strength, respect, and compassion while covering this case brought me to tears. Thank you. 💜
  • Hearing about the police putting up the ad for their sunglasses and taking her flyer down made me burst into tears. I can't imagine the frustration and helplessness the family feels.. and how degrading it would feel to find that out if you were missing or murdered. That is unnecessarily cruel.. 😢
  • @Kmw444
2 weeks ?? TWO DAMN WEEKS ?? That’s absolutely unbelievable. As a Canadian, it’s so frustrating and heartbreaking to see our justice system continue to fail our indigenous communities. I want to turn these tears into change in our system, as so many others do, but it just seems like a losing battle. My heart will continue to ache for these families 😞
  • It should not matter what color, gender , sexual orientation or economic class a person is human life is human life and worthy of justice and fairness. I'm so saddened to hear about this lovely woman's tragic case and the utter disregard for her case. It's disgusting. And her family deserves to know what happened to her.
  • This is what I love about Kendall Rae. Backstory. I live in Canada near this area and when I first started playing this video, I thought to myself “I feel so sorry for Kendall because she’s gonna have to try to pronounce these names that are impossible for somebody outside of this province”. But she got it all right, and that shows you that she cares enough to do the deep research and make sure she’s paying respects to not only the victims but to the communities by speaking naturally and sounding confident. Not botching and making excuses “sorry I have no idea how to say that” or something :) Adding this to the list of reasons why she’s the best ..
  • Thank you so much Kendall for standing up for those who struggle with addiction. It’s hard to understand that it truly is a disease unless you’ve personally been there. So thank you for that. Also, thank you for standing up for the missing and murdered indigenous women. Not many people have.
  • as a native american woman i want to thank you for this coverage! we have been screaming at the top of our lungs for our friends, sisters, mothers, aunts, and grandmothers. it is so heartbreaking to see this happening, i have to have my brother with me at all times, constantly carrying a knife and my location on, telling everyone in my family where i am at all times and the lack of freedom is extremely exhausting. it is infuriating and draining. but thank you for making awareness! Ahééhéé❤️ (thank you in my language/navajo)
  • she was found five minutes from where i live and the way the VPD handled this case has been disgusting but unfortunately unsurprising, i still remember posters of her face being plastered everywhere for months and wondering if we’d ever find out what happened to her, thank you so much for bringing attention to this case
  • It breaks my heart that police can deem someone as "vulnerable" or "at high risk" yet the sense of urgency to find them remains so low.
