Debug Mode - 01 09 09 02 01 01 02 04 (24th of November in 1992, the release of Sonic the Hedgehog 2)
Instant Super Sonic - 04 01 02 06 (Dunno the origin of this one, but it works in Sonic 1, Sonic 3 & Knuckles, AND Sonic Mania.)
Process: Use Debug mode to give yourself 50 rings and a shield. Shield is placed incase you get hit in the Mecha Mk. I fight. Once Mecha Mk. I is defeated with your rings intact, keep your rings until the drop of the song, in which you go Super. You MUST have already activated the Instant Super Sonic code for this to work. Kill the Death Egg Robot and speed out.
