This week I attempted to scale an 85ft cliff face to overcome my fear of heights. Thank you so much to Genesis for lending us the GV80 and making this episode possible! For more information about the GV80, check out their website at: www.genesis.com/us/en/2021/genesis-gv80.html

Your coach is legit the most sweet and supportive person ever

Oswaldo is literally such an amazing human being. So selfless! Him and Michelle together are an incredible duo. So glad I watched this!

Aw Michelle, I had no clue she used to be a professional cyclist. Getting injured is truly so scary and scaring, seeing her face her fears and overcoming them is just is so inspiring
  • @renknee
The fact that Michelle keeps apologizing for being scared and that me and the coach at the same time always say: NONONO DONT BE
  • @rockentry
This was seriously a life experience I will never forget! Much love to Michelle for not only sharing her inspiring story but to share mine as well. Thank you!
  • To be honest, I have so much respect for the camera man. He/she literally had to do all the climbs with her.

    "Good breathing Michelle!" Michelle: hyperventilating
  • @Solomonica
Can we applaud the instructor for his amazing enthusiasm? He was so helpful and engaged, and it warmed my heart to see him console her when she cried!

This is why I love Michelle, she faces her fears, doesn't give up, and shows her vulnerability on her channel. It's incredible.

Mans was hell of a coach, more coaches need that energy for real
  • @SafiAviation

Oh my goodness can we talk about Oswaldo? He’s the nicest person I’ve even seen in my entire life, like the positivity, the encouragement and his life story just wow
  • @syddaani
Michelle got me out here crying. Oswaldo is a person we all need in our lives. The support he gave to Michelle is beautiful to watch. And her commitment and courage was also inspirational. Great video!
  • @BeeTeaDubs
I love how her coach said "This is the first beginner I've seen climb this" instead of "this is the only beginner I've seen" because it shows just how much he believes in every single climber regardless of their experience/skill level. They're both very special people! He's as incredible of a man as Michelle is of a woman - that's pretty damn incredible! 🧗‍♀️They make a very good team🧗‍♂️

Y’all it is so impressive what the camera men do. They don’t get enough appreciation
  • @Mari-sm9zp
Ugh I didn't expect to be so emotional watching this. The fear thing definitely relatable even if you don't fear heights but that mentality towards anything in life. Thanks for inspiring me Michelle. This definitely opened my mind more to remember who I can be

Take into account that Alex Honnold backed out of his first attempt at Free Soloing El Capitan in Yosemite because he knew the conditions weren't right and did it another day. If a badass professional climber is putting his safety first (even if he's crazy enough to do something like a free solo) then you shouldn't feel bad about a mental block.
