  • Update on Otter from Caroline: His surgery went smoothly and he is recovering well so far! He still has a long read to recovery but he's eating, playing, snuggling, and purring like nothing ever happened!
  • @kaebella2259
Shout out to the helmet maker!! That was so touching. Thank you kind, gentle people for making this place more beautiful.
  • @derekbaker777
Whoever designed the cat helmet is gifted and very innovative.
  • This is very sad… but not. When Mother Nature gave these babies a “no!” this lady stepped in and said “YES!” The world needs more people like her!
  • @900nutboys
For anyone just seeing this, his surgery went well and he’s back home!
  • I'm a grown man and you got me all choked up. I don't even know what to say, but it's just beyond words how wonderful it is what you're doing.
  • @SevenTheJester
To the people who think it's sad...you have to keep in mind that they were born this way. They're not sad about having their abnormalities, because that's just how they've always been. If you or I lost a leg, we'd be devastated to not have it anymore, but they never had them to begin with. They genuinely don't know that they're different or physically abnormal. They just know they're loved and happy. Thank you so much for everything you do for these amazing animals.
  • Would 100% adopt these kitties if I lived closer. My sister has a congenital defect that affects her arms much like these cats. So this story really resonated with me. I wish them a long and happy life filled with love. And THANK YOU for the update on Otter!

People who foster animals and nurse them back to health are angels on earth 🥺
  • @susan8471
It totally amazes me at the dedication of fosters like this lady and how a little helpless kitten with issues will get the operation it needs to live its' fullest life. Thank you😇🥰

I met a cat at the shelter that had to wear a helmet and I can tell the world that he was one of the coolest creatures that I ever met. He wanted nothing more than to be loved and appreciated by his humans and I just didn't have the means for that. But I can say that this is definitely one of the best stories that I have seen in a long time. Good for all of them. Wow, what a great story. ❤
  • @fyahssab
Loads of respect to the person who created the helmet. Mad skills. Otter is so sweet.
  • There's a special place in heaven for this woman. We need more people like her.
  • @paultate9283
I'm 72 and I'm sitting here crying. They are both so sweet. God bless her for helping these little ones
  • @LinkaBellGAME
they are still happy, playful and appear in no pain at all. that helmet is beautifully made too, it's like he knew something was wrong with his head and knew the helmet was his protection.
  • @LCLW63
Very few people in the world would not only NOT of helped these two precious kittens, but then have a big enough heart to let them go after nurturing & loving them like you have. You are truly an earth angel. Big thank you to the gentleman that created Otter's helmet & to the surgical team & vet who performed Otter's surgery! May he & Bunny live very long & happy lives!!!
  • @melody3741
Seeing little kittens who are paralyzed or injured running around as fast as they can with just this great love for life gets me every freaking time. They just want to play, love, and have fun. They aren’t gonna give up on life.
  • “People look at them and say “oh it’s so sad” it’s not sad” that stuck with me. This lady is amazing I’m so glad she is the one taking care of these sweet little guys
  • I could never part with those two fur babies. I admire your strength.
  • @pixiecolors
Those two are the most adorable kittens I've ever seen in my life. There's no way I'd be able to give them up, I would have to make space for them in my home forever. Shout out to the helmet maker for sure, but also shout out to Caroline for taking care of them the way she did.
