Edina Monsoon and Patsy Stone are two immature, chain-smoking, alcoholic prosperous, but preposterous substance-abusing fashion and fad-obsessed Londoners who value fame and style over substance (unless they are controlled substances). Saffron, Edina's daughter, provides the persistently dour voice of Monsoon and Stone's super-ego. Edina and Saffy live in a house in Holland Park (and not the outskirts, but the rich heartland of Holland Park), with Patsy spending most of her time there as well.

Gran, "They don't put fingers on these gloves." ... and she turns around wiggling her fingers wrapped in condoms. Jennifer's writing is so funny, and all of the characters were great fun. .... PEACE to ALL.

One of the best scenes for me was the final episode in the first series where Eddie and Patsy were both old ladies and Patsy sniffed up a bee and when walking away her underwear fell down 🤣🤣 I laughed so much.

I love how Edina needs an outfit for the fire, and she chooses a designer shawl and Lacroix cross necklace, to serve us 'old Eastern European catholic lady, desperately searching the rubble of a war-torn village'. "Patseh!" she desperate cries amongst the chaos. The fate of her friend unknown. End of tragic scene in Edina's head.

Wheels on fire, rolling down the road ! Haha I wish I have not seen the entire series. So I could watch it again with no memory of it. There’s nothing like seeing something for the first time. And if I could watch one show again that I’ve already seen but as if I had never seen it before. I would pick Absolutely Fabulous! 100%
