I agree with all of the stuff you say but I've never heard you need to get two budgies and the reason you haven't had any problems with mirrors is because there's friends in there and if you seem like on the mirror and you clean it just know it's throw up because they're trying to regurgitate too because they think it's their mate

I have a budgie who lives without a cage mate. He has been with us for 6 years so far and doesn't seem to get that lonely, he loves to babble to himself. He doesn't have a mirror though.

Not hating but budgies really arnt for Viewing they love playing with other birds AND people and it’s not very hard to train them and it can gain a lot of trust just thought that would be helpful love your videos by the way 😂

I have a Budgie story that I wouldn't believe if I didnt experience it myself! I have bird feeders in my yard that fall onto my sidewalk. I like to drink my coffee in the morning and watch the birds eat and bath. About a month ago I noticed a bright green bird, with a bright yellow head, eating along with the sparrows. I was shocked when I realized it was a parakeet. He comes everyday...but I cant figure out how to catch him. Well this morning to my amazement, I looked out and along with all my other birds, including my green parakeet, there was a bright yellow parakeet!!! Who could even imagine this!!! I noticed she wasnt flying as quickly as the others. So I went outside...where I have a dwarf plum tree...and walla...I was able to get her!! I have watched a trillion videos on the care and welfare of parakeets ever since! We put her in a really small cage for catching mice while my son went to Petsmart to buy me a $90.00 cage...and a few accessories. Now I am a budgie mom, of a beautiful budgie named Tweety! If I can catch the green one, I am going to name him either Freebird...or Jack Sparrow, being that he thinks he is a sparrow now...ha! Thank you for listening to my story... Your video has been so much help, I have had my heart set on having a budgie. But I think it is best to wait until I have taken babysitting classes and I can babysit for money. so that I can make sure that they have a constant supply of toys and food and vet money.
