His best con was to make think he was a bigger con than he was!

7. Most of the story is actually fake. Abignale made a lot of it up.
-
I read there was NO SINGLE FBI AGENT chasing Frank, and that the Carl part was FICTION.
-
Wet surfaces increase lighting and give reflection for most movement.

Its a great movie. I'm sure Hanks could tell and was happy to play a part in it
-
Massive credit to hanks on this one

Haven’t seen this film in a long time, don’t recall Elizabeth Banks being in jt at all. Back in that era she was always the fine ass secretary or something. She’s still fine, and has had a great career.

“A good part is a good part no matter the size” 😉

Making all the road and concrete surfaces wet hides all the flaws and imperfections and makes scenes literally look more glossy.

That knock knock joke just is something classic
-
And the last fact? All of the movie is based on fiction.

Knawk, knawk

Not all scenes, the scene outside the hotel was sunny and dry
-
Faker story than Papillon or Bloodsport
-
All fake. He lied about most of it.
-
The most interesting part of all this is that most of this story is completely fictional.
-
Hanks, Spielberg, and DiCaprio all discussed it on "The Island".
-
The Hanratty hoist 😉 If ya know you know.
-
just a bit of that movie is real

Plot twist: it was all bs. Every bit of it.
