HOME STUDIO SETUP! - 2020 - #homestudiotour

Published 2020-03-14
Hi everyone my name is Gladys Grace and thank you so much for journey me again. In this video I'm sharing my minimalist set-up of what I call my inspirational space AKA home studio setup. As you can see from my set up, I'm still building it up with a few gears that will be feature in a future post once I'm content with my complete setup.

But everything I have purchased so far was very budget friendly. The most important thing to keep in my mind is your personal workflow and what works for you. There's no need to go overboard with what's popular or studio standards, just get what works for you at the most affordable at the best mid to pro range that you can afford. As you began to grow as an artist or producer, engineer mixer, or beatmaker, then upgrade your gear as you see fit.

If you are a season artist and know you way around mixing and mastering, then budget friendly equipment may work for you in terms of added vocal effects in your DAW (Digital Audio Workstation) of choice. I'm currently working in Logic X Pro which is fairly new for me, since transitioning from GarageBand.

I have a love for music in general, so I decided my goal this year 2020 was to get back into the things that brings me joy. I'm not by any means a pro or season artist, but I have had quite a bit of exposure of working and being in the studio recording environment from start to finish as well as live production.

I truly wish I had absorb some of the technological aspect of things or hands-on experience but hey...Here I am--- a free spirit that will go with the flow as I see fit and be inspired to do so.

Thank you so much for your support and watching--- And I will see you guys again in my next post.
