Not too many folks responded positively to this one when it came out, but it's not meant to be an easy listen. It's about an old friend of mine who became forever lost in the labyrinth of paranoid schizophrenia, and SOME of my voice-over soliloquys drew directly from my experiences with him. I took some serious poetic license at certain points in the lyrical fabric. He was the only true musical genius I've ever known and I hope that wherever he is he has found some measure of peace and creativity. I had very little in the way of audio or capturing gear at the time so this took a LONG time to complete. Just arranging the underbelly voices became my own personal Heart of Darkness.
