    Never had this problem. I used to palm grip before but I tried finger tip and my overall aim improved alot.

  • Idk about others but even the height of the table and the chair plays an important role in aiming too so I suggest to get a comfortable height with a proper chair where u can rest ur elbow and that would drastically make ur arms more comfortable to aim. And also the height of the monitor so that it won't hurt ur neck when you play for hours
