So when i was a little kid i used to travle to greece for vacation every summer. We used to go to a camping site directly on the beach. The camping site had a fair amount of stuff going on like i think two restaurants, one ice cream bar, one regular bar, one or two shops and lots of locations to shower (everbody is always either salty or sandy form the beach). This site also had a small arcade there. It had a few pinpall machines and and a few (but already fewer) arcade cabinets. One of them i just fell in love with, it had it all, for me back then at least: It was shooter with great music and effects, great art and a scifi themed design. Every time i got money (and the ok to spend it) i would go to this one special cabinet and would play. The room was pretty dark, to give the cabinets more effect, and as i little shy kid, this was just perfect for me. The room wasnt overcrowed or anything, just a few kids on vacations playing games. This are some of my fondest vacation memories as a little kid. Because this was so long ago i could not remember the name of the game, and also the memories faded in the background. Today i discoverd you channel, which i love btw, and per accident found the game i played back then: It was Exerion. Some memories got revitalized today. For me its important to keep a good releationship to my memories, even if they might not always be so good. This one was a good one though.

Bomb jack,food fight,joust,ms pac man,burgertime,popeye,dragon's lair,star wars,all donkey kongs,crystal castle. So many of my childhood games. Thanks for the memories!

Ahhh Galaga. My top 3 games of all time are Galaga, XCOM and Mario Kart. Galaga amazingly still holds up well to this day.
