what i love about her is that she's able to do all of this while never putting down other women in the process.
  • honestly she loves herself so much and like who wouldnt 😭 shes such a great role model and she knows what she possesses through herself its so amazing

1st step : be super Mega pretty 2nd step : be rich 3rd step : the 2 previous steps are essential

I know boys and girls are all over her mysteric charisma but I just can’t imagine myself with that cause I value honesty and expressiveness. Embrace yourself and whatever makes who you are!

I wonder who taught Jia this or where did she learned it from or has she always embodied all of this gracefulness. I know her family background would be a big contribution as well, bc let’s be real, not all of us were allowed to grow up with this kind of feminine energy. The environment and family plays a role, but then again, we can always learn. My question is then back to how or where or who did she learn it from? Because this is all a lot of remember bc social constructs are complex.

You are right. Her body language, poise and speech is close to perfection.  From the first episode, I think all the men were surprised she could hold her own in the kitchen. I also noticed her ear rings, handbag and Gucci accessories. She switched ear rings like daily on the show.

The first step : being pretty The second step : will not be completed if the first step doesn't exist , this is what social media and these kind of reality shows want ...

Great analysis, however I have never even watched the show but I'm still mesmerized by her character. Which is also valid for a lot of her followers. So in my opinion it's primarily her pretty face, skinny body and the way she carries herself, BUT majority of it is just her physical attractiveness.
  • @ruthuu
I think people were attracted to her because she's the literal embodiment of Asian beauty standards. Pretty face, long straight hair, fair skin, and teeny tiny fragile-looking body. Also, personality wise, she's demure, non-dominant, and knows how to flirt. These are all text book Asian Ideal Woman criterias. I'm pretty sure she wouldn't be as popular in an american TV show where people might value more of health and personality.

I knew a girl like Jia in my school, many of the guys liked her. Her mannerisms were very similar to Jia's, even her facial features were similar come to think of it. It's creepy how similar they were. I was like this shy quiet nerd who said and did weird things and she was like this calm confident quiet-yet-magnetic presence in class. But I don't actually mind who I am now, I know that some of my traits are definitely not like Jia's because I'm much more outspoken and quirky and often I like leaving the house with messy hair and no makeup. But that also led me to become a lawyer whereas Jia and people like her are content creators. So I love myself now and I know that this will attract the right people to me instead of being someone I'm not, even if Jia is more feminine 😀

My mother drilled this behavior into me starting from a young age. She admitted that when she was pregnant with me, she had expectations of what I should look like and how I should act. She is very happy that I turned out how she wanted me to be. Growing up, I was really annoyed with how controlling my mom was in how I look and behave. Even in adulthood, I feel restricted but I cannot deny that I have never had trouble in the dating department.

Welll in today's era... " Being feminine takes so much confidence" as it eludes confidence and high self esteem and not caring bout people's opinions....It's brave

Let me get real , the only reason people are obsessed with her is cause she is pretty. Her personality is nothing out of the ordinary or highly feminine or even charming.
  • @JuliaShalomJordan
I’ve never heard of her but she is captivating. Thank u for highlighting this beauty.🌸
