Ingredients:
454 grams head on shrimp
2 - 3 oz salmon fillets seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic (SPG)
1/4 red onions, sliced
4 garlic cloves, sliced
4 inch ginger root, rough slice
3 cups, broccoli florets
1 banana pepper (optional)
5 inch daikon radish, sliced in 4 equal portions
1.5 inch strip of dried kelp/kombu
1/2 cup dried Bonito flakes
2 tbsp fish sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
