imagine just walking around when suddenly you see a really dapper looking man dancing like there is no tomorrow. I personally would just watch and contemplate life as I also wonder how I can do such things too so that I can dance on my enemies.

I see people who have no body fat because they burn it off with the very best cardio workout ever. They are all lean dancing machines that are in love with the vibe and that mad love shows. If all these dancers jeep this up they could live to be 120 and still have great heart, lungs and joints. I wish wish wish I had found this as a teen. I'd still be slippin' and sliden' and get lost in the moves. Great videos.
